I am still using WiFi sometimes you need to switch it off pull out the plug then plug it back in and stick a pin in the hole in the back and hold it for ten seconds to reset the router when that does not work talktalk should test your phone and broadband they may ask you to open the plug on the wall and you have to speak to them on your mobile and they tell you what to do once you have opened it – .
